Black 47' is great. You can stomach spacey "ordinary decent criminals" -- The movie where brad pitt is IRA and moves in with tommy lee jones, blown away (again tommy lee jones)
Help me out with other good Irish themed crime/thriller/action/horror -- Movies --- seems to drop off to about the leprechaun series which is FUN but mildly offensive (Which is fine by me)

hehe found a cheatsheet of sorts (Caters to action) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_featuring_the_Irish_Republican_Army

oh the crying game looks dope as hell -- I see nothing but good things coming for that protagonist...

^Pyschic shit -- what is CURRENTLY on the screen. I read Alan Rickman? (can't wait to see him) 18 minutes in!!

Watched "Patriots" 1996 before that and it was decent but nothing to watch twice!

Thank you and you happened to go ESP on me, bonus points -- buy a lottery ticket, the force is with you! ☘️🍀

That was a good movie! Grazi for the suggestion -- so awesome I was ahead of ya -- can't believe I never saw that one!!

"Belfast" was great I thought and gave me a good feel for The Troubles
"Waking Ned Devine" is a lot of fun
I regret never seeing "The Banshees of Inisherin", the previews looked great, plus it was filmed on Inishmore, a very beautiful island off h the coast of Ireland. I'm sure it's worth seeing.
