The past few weeks I have had problems with waking up all throughout the night and I can't lay still. The last great night sleep I had was from an opiate and I haven't done a real opiate in months.

I mentioned this to my Sub doc and he gave me a script of trazadone. After talking with a few friends about it and reading about it I didn't even get it filled. I would prefer to try something else.

So what's a nice thing I could ask about and not look like a drug seeker by asking for it.

I would prefer a pill that would put me to sleep and hopefully not feel any kind of hangover feeling the next morning.

I am already prescribed Klonopin 1mg 2 times a day. This works great for my anxiety during the day but I take my last dose at 6pm and it doesn't do much for my sleep.

I was thinking of maybe just asking for an extra .5mg of Klonopin to take at night. Or maybe a small dose of another short acting benzo?

Any ideas?

Have you thought of maybe not using prescribed drugs and taking a different method of getting that much needed sleep ?

Why don't you try eating more healthy meals......

For example:

Breakfast: Shreddies (lot of fibre)
Lunch: Ham Salad Samwhich with maybe a kiwi and an orange
Dinner: Boiled potatoes, salad, and maybe some fish or good potein source

And drink at least 5-6 pints of water through out the day

I know everyone has heard and seen this before, but your diet could have something to do with your sleep patterns. Also make sure your getting @ least 45mins - 1hour of excersise a day and your not just laying around playing the xbox or in front of a pc ?

You also become so much more happier and active person when you eat lots of fruit all through the day as apose to snickers and a bottle of dr pepper lol

I'm not an expert in healthy living @ all! but why not try improving your diet and weekly excersize before upping the klonopin (which could easily turn in an addiction) good luck op :)

If by "Sub doc" you mean the doctor who's prescribing you Suboxone, he already knows you're a drug seeker. Obviously.

vibrancy3 gave you the best advice you're gonna get. Take it. And forget about scoring benzos.

This is a very important point that people seem to forget!

Good post =D
