Good Promethazine/Codeine Syrup Dose?

Would say I have a moderate opiate tolerance, did 20mgs of oxycodone today. But aside to that Ive been taking dxm alot for the past week, so as Ive heard that should of lowered it?

20mg of oxycodone is roughly 300mg of codeine, but accounting for the promethazine I would say start with 250mg and work up. Make sure to check on how much promethazine you are ingesting though - don't want to take too much and go delerious.

DXM does not really lower opiate tolerance all that much. Not recreational use anyway.
