Good places to smoke in vancouver?

I just moved here. Apart from the art gallery downtown, where are there good locations to smoke bud in vancouver where smokers congregate? I heard something about a cafe where people smoke, what is this called?

i'm assuming you're asking about legal establishments since we can't advise you of specific locations to score. i've only been to vancouver once but i easily found a smoke shop and made some quick friends outside. try this one - this could have been the store, but honestly it was years ago so i'm not sure: http://www.newamsterdamcafe.com i remember it was near a park... any park is probably a good enough starting point. quality bc buds were all over the place.
