Hello all. Been a long time browser of this site for various substance use and health information. Have always been impressed by the abundance of laid back, intelligent people on this site. Figured it was time to register and pass along what little information I might have to the next generation. Hopefully I can become a contributing member of the Bluelight community.

Also, 31 yo male. Been addicted to opiates for going on 8 years now. Spent 3 years clean. Relapse about a year ago. Man these things are hard to kick! Anyway, keep it between the gutters and always remember.....sometimes you eat the bar. And sometimes, well, the bar, he eats you.
 
Welcome to BL! Might I suggest you check out TDS or SL?

Keep your head up. If you had a few years abstient you probably have a better idea what you’re dealing with than not.

Long term recovery IME is mostly about coming to terms with who you are and who you want to be (I.e. setting goals and adjusting them as necessarily to move yourself to the healthier place you want to get to).

You might also find OD and BDD useful.
