I'm a 33 Cuban who has lived in Miami, Florida USA for most of his adult life. I am a US citizen now.

My hobbies right now are mostly netflix, youtube videos, and forums such as these.

I've also recently been giving buprenorphine (suboxone) some tries, here and there, over and over until I get right.

That is mostly what I'm interesting in these days. I was also an avid weightlifter from ages 14-24 or so and did a few cycles. I am pretty familiar with that world. Diet. Sleep. Workout routine. and "supplements" in that order is an old adage

Anyhow, about myself; I don't get upset. The world has enough problems as it is without us adding to them. I have my health and my freedom, the two most important things in life. My family is here in the USA as well and they also have their health and their freedom. I consider myself to be very lucky, (some would say Blessed).

I look forward to gaining new knowledge here and running across interesting people

I'm a survivor of the '60's in America. Was on both Bupe and Methadone (@ 10 Years - bupe the last decade) got off Bupe, got injured, Doc gave me Oxy and twas right back to the shit-pile. Now getting ready to go back on maintenance, next week. Did my intake, yesterday; see the Doc next week.

Bupe is a powerful thing. If you're using for recreation, be very careful.

thanks for the reply and welcome Tar. I meant that I've used bupe to detox a few times. I get horrible withdrawal from the heroin but even low doses of bupe stave them off. I've been buying it on the street and do quick detoxes. Then I go off the bupe and stay clean for bits only to go back. I meant to get it right and just stay away from the heroin permanently. I've read both camps, the ones that say to use it to get clean, stop quickly. And the ones that recommend to stay on it until I get over the going back to h. Hopefully I grow a pair and manage to stay away permanently
