So, here I am, reading info from this forum, on and off for like three or four years.
Finally, I read something so ridiculously dumb posted on here and feel a burning desire to comment and say something so as to prevent said OP from killing himself by sheer stupidity.
Anyways, I had to make an account to post so, alas, the alias of HomebrewChemist was created.
So, what's up doggies?
I'll introduce myself a bit.
I'm a guy from the States who has been interested in chemistry for as long as I can remember.
[I think it had something to do with seeing the slogan "Better Living Through Chemistry" as a kid, as well as being introduced to Hunter S. Thompson's and Dr. Shulgin's writings at a young age...]
Anyways, I got interested in all this, shall we say, "Alternative Chemistry" and started having lots of fun with it.
I've forced myself to read books on experimental/research chemicals and good old entheogens and rewarded myself by spending time with my good friend Mary.
I also got interested in pharming after being prescribed Percoset for a little bit and realizing how fun it was. >_<
Anyways, I also enjoy snowboarding, camping, art, music, rock climbing, hockey, hiking, and basically being outside in general.
I'm studying pharmacology and botany and hope to establish a career in researching the healing and medicinal properties of plants used by Native Americans, primarily the Mazatec, Mayan, Aztec, Toltec and Olmec peoples.
I'm always down to talk to new people and to make new friends; so lets be friendly, talkative and social, shall we?
I really like to learn new things too, so I might ask a shit ton of questions about something if I'm familiar with it.
So yeah, I'm here to make some new buddies and talk to people, as well as learn stuff and just shoot the shit.
