I got a GREAT codeine buzz last night...I took 10 Tylenol 3's and 50 mg of promethazine. I did it again earlier today around 5pm. So I have had 6000mg of acetometaphen in the last 24hrs along with the codeine. I am concerned about overdose...what are the symptoms???
I need to do another 10 soon, nasty headache and need to relax...that would mean another 3000mg of acetometaphen along with 300mg of wonderful codeine...is it unsafe????
 
Yes very much so. You need to seek immediate medical attention and be straight with them about what you've taken. Doses of APAP exceeding 4000mg in a 24 hour period are likely to cause issues with liver toxicity, often fatal.

On that note I'm going to close this as it sounds you need to get off the computer and to the emergency room. :(
