I like Volume 1, 6 and 7 best =D Actually the entire Cafe del Mar series is very good..,you just pop it in and play and forget about it :) Another favorite is thievery corporation and Buddha Bar . =D
 
How's about Bjork? Vespertine is brilliant. Lovely to wind down to.

What about Dub? King Tubby, full moon scientist, irration steppaz would be good to start with :D
