Cocaine Golden Brown/sticky Cocaine

For the past few years, I've treated myself to a 0.5g of high quality coke once every couple of months. It's appearance very white, with a slight sparkle and oily texture, with a 0.5 lasting me a good 6-8 hours. Afterwards I'd always want more, and after a few too expensive nights, I decided I'd rather go to sleep than eat supernoodles for the rest of the month ever again.

Recently however, I received a "gift" from a friend Overseas. As stated in the title, it was a strange colour, and a very sticky substance, leaving a brown residue in the bottom of the bag, and after a check on the scales, weighed 0.5 as expected. I decided to test with a small line, noticing how much more it fanned out from chops with a razor than what I had used before. The feeling was great, no anxiety or paranoia, just the best bits about cocaine and those alone, felt like rocketfuel. Having the day off, I decided to just keep going, with the 0.5 lasting me just over 14-16 hours. Afterwards, I had no urge for more, and after my nightly Mirtazapine, fell asleep soon after.

This left me confused however, with a number of questions floating about my mind for days afterwards.

1.) was this cocaine? my friend said it was uncut (was very skeptical before taking it, but now not sure), never mentioning anything about purity.
2.) why was it that colour?
3.) why could I sleep so soon afterwards?
4.) why have I never heard about stuff like this before available in Europe? Is this stuff more common on the continent? If so, the UK sucks.
5.) why was did the "gift" cost my friend the same amount as I pay for what I previously thought was high quality gear??


If anyone has any insight on this, I'd love to know. Can post a picture of its appearance if thats needed/allowed.

Just bumping this, received more cocaine from my friend abroad today, that was white and "fish scale", which I'm pretty familiar with. Had a really strong smell of acetone, although I was assured if was very high quality.

After trying it, it numbed more, and didn't seem to chop up so well. I initial hit was the same, lovely relaxed but energised feeling, bur didn't last as long. Still a lot better than UK cocaine, with people who have done quick tests saying it was in the 80's, but I got through a gram in 12 hours and no can't sleep. Although I believe that's because I have no benzos as my scripts run out.

What's the difference between these two types of cocaine? The white one smells so strongly, that people have mentioned an odd smell. I know this could be down to the wash to make it purer, but it's quite irritating. The yellow/brown was sticky with almost small crystally bits, and had a deeper more diesel like smell. Was far harsher to snort, but as I've said, that effects were superior, and quite a bit so.

Is the brown a substance that has been tampered less from source? And am I right in thinking the strong strong acetone smell is from a wash to improve purity? It definitely wasn't done to be put back in to a "rock" form, as 3.5g bag was mainly powder, with small chunks to be attacked with the spoon and the razor.

I don't know much about coke although I assume the color could come from impurities possibly plant fat and oil or something. I can't say for sure.

If you had freebase I'm sure you would know.... Freebase should melt at a lower temperature then hcl and should even melt and vaporize cleanly if it is good freebase not weighed down by a hcl molocule. It's very likely they used acetone to clean it. I don't think acetone is used to freebase coke although I'm not sure. This compound is quite above my head especially after just learning the respect the Incas put into the coco leaf
 
A lot of the high quality coke I've seen has been lumps or chunks that break down into really sticky powder. It was always pure white though, never heard of it being brown. Once I bought the very last gram of an ounce and was surprised to see a bunch of transparent flakes toward the bottom. You would think it was some kind of cut but oddly enough it was fire just like the first gram I got from the same ounce.

The high quality SA stuff was like fishscales although chopped into clean fluffy powder while the domestic crap looked like crystal chunks.... Looks can be decieving.
 
Looks definitely can be deceiving, I can get domestic stuff that looks identical to the white cocaine I mentioned above, looking and cutting up with the same oily texture. The domestic stuff is about 40% as effective, it's a joke.

That's why I thought this yellowish/brown stuff must of been something special, but I'm not sure.
 
You get this golden-brown cocaine if you don't clean it correctly (Ether/-Aceton-Wash) after extracting from Coca. That are impurities (maybe some other coca-alkaloids, idk but this could explain why your sleep was better) but the coke will be good anyway...

If your cocaine has just a slightly yellow tint then too much HCl was used
