Going without Lyrica 150mg BID for 4-5 days..

Okay, well I have been on Lyrica (Pregabalin) for about 6 years give or take here and there. I have been on the highest dosage before which is 600mg/day and I have also taken higher doses very
rarely. I am just worried about what Lyrica withdrawals I am looking into for a few days, if any? I currently get 40mg Diazepam daily dispensed to me, and also 2 HydroMorphContin 24mg's. Am also on Trazodone 100mg for sleep, Metoprolol 50mg BID, Effexor 150mg. I can't get any Lyrica until I see my doctor, and he's not in until Friday. I am going to go back to taking 1 150mg tablet per day, and I can probably last until Tuesday. I lost my prescriptions with this doc - on the Dec.23rd, I have no idea what i did with it, but its gone and to be found no where, so I basically just need a new prescription printout of Lyrica, and Atarax, and Bromazepam.

Any information would be helpful. BTW - I have quite a massive Benzo Tolerance.

You'll be fine.

Get some neurontin from your GP if need be, but the rest of the cocktail you mentioned, as well as halving or even quartering your dose, should be sufficient. Lyrica has wd, but it's subtle and not as drastic as benzo withdrawal, which this reads as being as worried as.

I'm on 150 lyrica TID and 800 neurontin BID, and neither is worse combined than a single day of klonopin 2mg BID wd. I'm on all 3 for PTSD and Neuralgia.
