Opioids Going to the dentist today

hey I'm going to the dentist today and i have to get a few fillings and in a week or so ill be having 4 wisdom teeth removed too. I have been on suboxone, about 1-2mg intranasal daily, however I haven't taken my subs for about a day or so and I recently got some oxymorphone. I have opana er 40mg, I was wondering will there be any issues if i dose before going to the dentist or willl it be fine? The dentist knows I take subs and said he'd "help me out" by trying to make sure i don't need to use any narcotics....what a swell guy... I plan on blowing like 10-20mg before i go, maybe another 10-20mg later after i get the work done. I just wanted to see if anyone knows whether or not there are any reasons this will cause imminent danger

If you're being put to sleep then don't do it, the opiates could interact with the anesthesia and cause an overdose.

no. when my wisdom teeth are removed I'm not really sure what will be going on, however today I'm just getting fillings and I'm 95% sure no IV sedation will be going on.

I have a pretty nice buzz going right now :D
pre loaded with 600mg cimetidine, some nyquil cough syrup (dxm, doxylamine succinate), 75mg benadryl, 1mg clonazepam, .25mg alprazolam, some greasy mac n cheese from kfc (high fat meal) and little pizza pockets. Sadly I don't have any weed, just about .5g of spike diamond smoking blend which I don't really feel like partaking in. Damiana sprayed with JWH 018 or 073 just doesnt taste good and often the high is lacking in many areas, I end up feeling kinda disoriented and uncomfortable sometimes, other times it makes me really into the music i'm listening to (right now its aphex twin - window licker.)

then i scraped what was left on a spoon from crisping an op80 oxycodone, approximately 10mg sniffed.
and then sniffed 20mg opana er took a shower and sniffed the other 20mg of the pill. I have one more oxymorphone pill for my dentist appointment as long as that will be safe! What do dentists usually script as well as use for doing multiple filling? I also will have long sessions when the wisdom teeth get removed but thats not atleast for another 1-2 weeks and I dunno if it will be spread out over a few appointments. When he said he was aware that using narcotics could be a problem for me and that he'll see what he can do, i told him I really don't think it would be a problem and I'd much rather use medication then tough it out if I'm gonna be in pain, and he said "of course I wouldnt want you to face any unnecessary discomfort". So I'm not sure if when I go to get the 4 wisdom teeth removed i MIGHT have a chance at some painkillers but thats not for atleast a week. today the fillings are gonna get done. Do the dentists use nitrous or something for this type o stuff. heh I'm getting double vision and am itchy as hell I missed this feeling, bupe has gotten so stale feeling.

If I get put under I'll just mention I take suboxone rather than saying I'm on oxymorphone, that way he' aware of possible opioid/anesthetic interactions. I could also throw in 10 or 20mg of adderal IR. I haven't been using my amphetamines for a while so I have nearly a full bottle of 20mg adderall IR 3x a day

I would save the drugs for after, not only to be safe but to be responsible. If the dentist suspects you're high when you come in for a procedure (and subsequently decides to administer a urine screen) this could lead him to call off the procedure.

You could seriously be endangering yourself depending on what the dentist decides to use for the procedure. If you just want us to speculate about what the dentist might administer, this doesn't belong in OD.

I was just wondering what I could expect to be used on me, I've never had nitrous used during a dentist session. I sincerely apologize for my excessive rambling, I'm a bit strung out right now and I usually don't post much when I'm high. My last post was unnecessary, I was just really excited My inquiry towards what I may be given by the dentist was just to see if opiates could hinder the procedure, I was thinking of how when you get a tattoo you shouldn't drink liquor or stuff I think because of how it effects your blood right? I can definately save the oxymorphone for after the procedure, but if I was to take some before it starts I wasn't planning on any epic nod-fest. Maybe just sniff 10mg or so, enough for the analgesia to work, not really going for a full high. Oh and I think I posted all the 'inventory' stuff to put it out there what I have/can use, hoping if any of it can seriously cause issues that physically will mess up the work to be done.

In terms of urine screening he knows I'm on subs so displaying the effects of an opioid shouldn't seem completly shady. Once again, I apologize for any stupid things I may have unintentionally wasted time and space with, my bad. Usually I'm a lot more tense and hesitant to communicare much, I got a little lost in my own head, won't let it happen again, thanks for handling it with patience and an open mind, i appreciate it alot.

had 2 wisdom teeth out two weeks ago and am on methadone(70ml daily) took 200ml about hour half before, dont worrie bout it, dont need to be knocked out for couple poxy wisdom teeth.
