Going to rehab tomorrow, questions about how much to dose

Sorry if this is the wrong thread, I really have no idea how to use this site.
So I'm off to rehab tomorrow. I started using codeine in attempt to stop drinking. Long story short, not a great plan. Now my tolerance is pretty high, generally only go to 390mg. I have 450 left and was just going to take all of it tonight as it's my last go (it better be!).
Is this an unwise choice or more likely to be fine cause it's only 50mg more? Will also probably take 10mg valium and an antihistamine.
Any advice would be appreciated, especially if it's a bad idea cause I'm just going to go for it.

If you are new to forums then we have a nifty guide that you can find here.

Surely the idea of rehab is to change your drug use and way you think about drug use - adopt that change now, do your normal dose. Are you still drinking and doing codeine ? If you have been drinking a long time or heavy drinker then let the people at rehab know so they can advise you if it is safe to just quit cold turkey.
