I wanna get rid of my glasses, so i have to go to optometrist for getting contacts and to measure my eyesight, but I'm on meth ATM, I just want to know if that could cause false results, and thus getting me contact lenses with the wrong strength (I do not care of going there high, as I cant really get in trouble for that in my country anyway)

Yes it could. Ive gone in pinned from opiates when getting my eyes tested for new lenses. I made sure to have them tested again while not high and the result was different. Different being right.
Ive found while my eyes are pinned i can see a lot better than normal withouy contacts or glasses on. Its almost normal sight after a while concentrating and watching or reading whatever it may be.
So yeah go in sober to get proper results. Dilated pupils normally worsens a person sight. Making it a bit fuzzy/blurry.

I think having dilated pupils makes you slightly more longsighted, and pinned more shortsighted. So yeah as tentram said, do it sober.
