I did like a 5 page list of everything iv tryed. I have so much anxiety constantly and have break downs. Ssris don't work for me. Iv done xanax valium clonezepam and ativan..currently on adderall 60mg a day I only like 7.5 though cuz of anxiety. Idk what to try to try for all day anxiety relief and help with onset attacks..if this is considering drug seeking can delete but I'm rly not iv tryed over 30 meds and I just wanna cry I have too much to tell this psychiatrist in one visit even...if anyone has advice I love you I'd not thx for giving me your time

It sounds like you haven't found the correct balance of medications. If your med combination is missing a med, or you take them out of order, than you might think that none of them work.
I'll give you an example. I hate ssri's. I made it clear that I do not take them. I get for the most part perscribed an amphetamine, a benzodiazepine, a non benzo sleeping pill and a antipsychotic/mood stabilizer. Now I have to take those drugs in a certain order, in order to achieve the balance that I'm looking for. A normal combo would be benzo/amphetamine in the morning, benzo at mid day, benzo at night, non benzo sleeping pill not too long before bed and antipsychotic/mood stabilizer at bed time. That is roughly the only way that combination will work.
Another part of it is getting your body used to each medicine individually. I find getting used to the benzo's first the best. Next, I add on the amphetamine in morning. Next I add on the non benzo sleeping pill at night. Finnaly I add the antipsychotic/mood stabilizer at the end. This gives me time to figure out/get used to each medicine individually on my own terms.
