I guess it's safe to assume this is your first time going through w/ds. IME the severity not only varies depending on how much and how often you used but also just on the person; some people like myself have an easier time getting through it cold turkey and I know people who absolutely can't handle it so turn to maintenance programs. You will quickly find out which you are. The guide buddy posted above will have all the tips and tricks to help, although no matter what it's gonna suck. The most important thing for me is keeping up my morale and keeping myself distracted because this is obviously the stage where many people say fuck it and go score. I like to watch movies, video games, music. I personally can't go to work while really dope sick it's just hell, I like to just hole up in my apartment close the blinds and take 3-4 days atleast to just reduce the strain. Don't get too isolated though you probably won't want to see anyone but I would suggest talk to friends and loved ones a little and if any of them know about what you're going through vent a little bit to them and soak up all the emotional support you can.
Like I said everyone is different but for me the worst symptoms are the restless legs (keeps me from sleeping at all and basically will just lie in my sweaty bed tossing and kicking with nothing to do but hate my life) and the emotional symptoms (depression, anxiety, apathy etc).
So remember why you wanna clean up and keep reminding yourself, keep yourself distracted in whatever low energy activity you enjoy and do anything you can to keep your spirits up. I personally binge on junk food and mash video games and binge watch Netflix.
