This is quite dangerous, as SSRIs and MDMA have a great chance of serotonin syndrome.
Also, if you need this medication, going off of it for a week can be very bad for your health. Not only will you most likely have withdrawals, but you will probably feel horrible while your off the drug.
To answer your question though, some people have done it, with limited successes. It really depends on how long you've been on it. Some one who has been on an SSRI for 10+ years probably couldnt roll after a year long break from their meds. Its always down to the individual though, some people are able to roll fine while on ADs, and others will never be able to roll again.
I think the first thing you should ask yourself is, do you need to roll? MDMA causes manic depression and mood swings in people, especially the day after use, that will make your depression much worse, especially if you havent been on your meds.
if you really want to roll though, and are willing to deal with the sacrifices, than take 2 weeks off your medication (including a taper, if needed) at least, and see how you feel then. If you still want to roll, go for it. Just make sure that what your getting is actually MDMA and not piperazines, and be sure not to dose stupidly. One redose at the max, and keep your total intake under 200mgs of MDMA
