I would like to be perscribed a theraputic dose of amphetamine, I have had my fair share of experience with its various forms and related stims (Adderall, addy XR, dexedrine XR, concerta, vyvance)
I have abused yes but I'm not interested in that anymore, I'm only 20 though.
anyhow, I had a bout of psychedelic use three years ago that left me pretty mentally screwed for a long time, hardcore HPPD (fuck off if you don't believe that it exists, my experience is living proof of it)
anyhow, I don't smoke pot, I drink moderately, but I take upto 2mg clonazepam daily, not prescribed, I had them shipped to me.
anyway
is the doctor going to drug test me before I get my amps? the only reason I want them is for studying, I DO have what I would consider to be ADD, but do I tell the docter everything?
I do not want to be on the benzos anymore either, I started taking them as a way to alleviate the constant visuals from my HPPD and they worked wonders, but going in and explaining all of that to a psych in an hour seems like its gonna get me booted right out the door.
my whole experience with docters has been miserable, I tried explaining my HPPD to one and basically got told to fuck off and referred me to a psych who told me he would give me an SSRI (which I had already explained, WORSENS the visuals, I had asked him specifically about clonazepam as I had heard it really works)
anyhow, I don't want to be physically addicted to benzos... so asking for a taper plan and a proper script while also trying to get an ADD diagnosis?
and whats my excuse for taking benzos in the first place? I'd like to get the subject of my HPPD out there in the first place but im afraid theyll throw me out as per the usual.
