Goin back to Uni Thread

going back to second year (second and a half technically. i had some fun in first year!) of a bachelor of Business (Property). now i can look forward to managerial accounting and business finance. yay.
any other BLers doing business at RMIT?

Inanna - yeah, that's the one i wanted. It has to be better than the course i'm doing at the moment though, which is focused so much on the tourism industry, that they lead you to believe that there is no life outside it... i think some of the lecturers are under this impression also...
Kill me now - i have to go down to uni today and make them put me in the correct courses, after they confirmed my enrolement details, then decided to change them when my transfer fell through.
Damn bastards.

this is going to be my second week back at uni after a year and a half hiatus (i finished my ba halfway thru 2001 - now doing law). i am finding it a little weird trying to adjust back into the whole "uni vibe" - and my god the amount of reading, argh! luckily i have found that there are a lot (more than i'd imagined) of people doing this course who are coming back to do a second degree....
bk :)

Well that was unpleasant, being surrounded by lots of carefree people who actually looked like they wanted to be there. Ah well at least i got to go to work and share in some universal pessimisim. Oh yeah a big fuck you to uni admin for having classes on labour day. Hello don't you know that TT is on- bloody inconsiderate of them me thinks! Also anybody got tips for getting books without having to stand in a line until doomsday? I was thinking tear gas and a gas mask for myself, but then i'm likely to be beaten to death by anti-war protestors! I want my books god-damn it!

-Thoth, I take it it's not happening this year then?
I was thinking of setting up a Caulfield faction of MDMA...but I think it's a little too late now. I might seriously consider it next year though.

more like a crack-pipe dream 'ey thoth ;)
deh...my first post from my uni computer this year...first of many :D :D :D
putting swinburne postgrad funding to good use i am :)

NO ppl who appreciate techno go to my uni, let alone ppl who have heard of a 'rave' - so im gonna go out on a limb and ask if any1 goes to JMC in melbourne???
