I want to try the mints, but im from CALI
if god existed, and you died and met do you think you'd like him/her? would god like you?
from reading the christian bible im starting to get mixed feelings about god. maybe that god isn't so great after all?
ALSO have you ever thought that the devil is better? for example, god has killed more people than satan, humanistic qualities, the power to do anything or everything but chooses not to,
i don't know just a thought.
what do you think???
 
Depends on if i met the old testament god, the new testament god, one of the 'hippy style' new age gods, a god of my own imagination or something else.

Answering your first question in the order i've given, no, kinda, yes, probably, and no idea.

And your second; no, kinda, yes, yes, and no idea.

Which is one of many reasons why i'm an atheist.
 
God is love. People kill in his name. You are a spiritual being, here to experience various emotions/ trials, and God will occasionally help if you ask him/ listen to him.
 
God says love your neighbor

God created all, and He gave us Free Will. He did not have to do this.
He has allowed each of us to decide what we will and will not believe in.
Many proclaim they know God and commit horrible acts. We will see someday if there claim to know God was in fact true.

How does the call to love God and love your neighbor lead any man or woman to
do evil? This is the truth of the Bible. Love your neighbor that's a tall order.
Be slow to anger, watch your tongue as this does great harm, serve others, don't steal, don't speak evil of others, these are a few of the character qualities that the bible urges we live by. Not easy, these do not lead a person to do evil.

God does not, never has, and can't commit evil.

Someday we shall all have a chance to see if what we choose to believe was a good idea.
