God is a concept devised by humans to provide answers to questions mankind has not found answers to. God is accredited with how we got here and what happens when we die. God is omnipresent, omnipotent and all knowing based on human ignorance. If humans accepted the fact that we don’t know everything we would not need god to answer the unknown.
Perhaps it is pride or ego that humans must have an answer for everything?

And you can use it how you see fit.

USE IT FOR GOOD.

Mold those around you like clay.

Would you like to see a better world? Would you like to be treated with love, kindness and generosity?
Then harbor only love, kindness and generosity in your heart, and share it with everyone you know.

Would you like to know hatred, anger, resentment, bitterness, tragedy, war, impoverishment,
devastation and death?

Then continue on the path you are on.

There is me I am responsible for my thoughts and actions. I am accountable to myself and others by choice. I choose how I live and what I like and dislike. I am free from guilt, regret and remorse because I forgave myself of wrongdoings and made amends where possible.
I am not a god, I am a human being who sees life as comedy not a tragedy.

We struggle to tolerate uncertainty and try to rationalize the chaos - it's a cope for fear

"God is a concept...by which we measure our pain" (couldn't resist)
 
Early in recovery I balked at & then struggled with the concept of a "Higher Power."
I especially disliked the word "God," which appears a LOT in 12-Step literature but has all kinds of negative connotations for me. A sponsor suggested that anytime I see that word, just think of it as an acronym for Good Orderly Direction. Works for me.
 
As a preachers son I was indoctrinated into the Christian faith at a young age. I tried to be Christian but believing in Jesus didn’t do anything for me. I knew something was missing in my life and psychedelics gave me glimpse into my ability to grow aware of self and what I would someday learn to be and live. It took a long time but once you know the possibilities are endless. I am in control of my emotions, fears and choices. It is worth the wait when you know.
 
Psychedelics opened up dimensions of spirituality for me that I wouldn't have imagined possible. I am eternally grateful.

Also, I am a gun-owning Democrat.
You can call me GOD for short.

What you are a democrat? Glad to hear it I am surrounded by republicans. I don’t get republicans they make no sense to me. I am not a traditionalist because tradition is BS. It’s a celebration of the past and a reluctance to move forward.
