A couple months ago, I did 6 days of cold turkey which affectively got me through almost all of withdrawal.
I've been messing up my script equally badly since, with my 14 day script lasting either 8 or 9 days, so like 8-9 days on followed by 5-6 days of nothing (except maybe a little Lope).
But I still feel like flat, mildly depressed, chronically bored, difficulty sleeping etc. when I run out.
So could it be that these frequent 5-6 day breaks have got me managing to not become physically dependant again, but my dopamine receptors or whatever haven't recovered at all? Basically sending me into immediate PAWS when I stop using?

And anyone have advice for PAWS? I'm holiday/vacation right now, so got my prescription early. Meant to make it last, but took the last today meaning I now gotta go TWELVE DAYS with no opioids.

PAWS sucks bad and I can definitely empathise with that struggle, but I'm very confused about your situation here. I'm going to need some info:

  1. Are you on or off opioids?
  2. What did you cold turkey from?
  3. And what is your script for?
With that info we may be able to offer some advice.

I quit drinking alcohol few months back in detox after daily drinking for 20 years. I am managing with paws... it's certainly somewhat better after few months. But this whole experience also ended 14 years of cathinone use.
Specifically though, daily every 4 weeks out of every 5 weeks smoking pipe for 2 years.

I now realize, I did not really detox after my weeks-long binges (I still slept and ate daily while binging). I'd be tired for 2 or so days then enter full on PAWS and no other symptoms from such heavy abuse.
I only recognised when I learnt about paws with my recent full detox. I would say yes that seems possible for it to occur from another drug all the same

So (usually) I get my 14 day script and take it all in 8 days. So mostly atm I am ON opioids for 8 days and then OFF for 6 days....and repeat
It was Morphine specifically that I cold turkeyed from, though I'll take whatever I can get my hands on on top if I can (Codeine, Tramadol, Dihydrocodeine, Pethidine, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Hydromorphone, Oxymorphone, Methadone, Heroin, Fentanyl...)
Do you mean what CONDITION is my script for? I have Pancreatitis, three spinal fractures that didn't heal correctly and two herniated discs.
