Well, alcohol is available. AFAIK, it's cheap in Europe. I'm not sure why they choose to huff spray paint, I guess they're looking for a different type of buzz.

I havent cried in a long time but that video trailer certainly did it, especially when they cry and hug each other. Its seems they look after each other, its so beautiful seeing them have fun, get given food and sleeping with and protecting each other but so sad at the same time. That song used to put a tear in my eye without the video to add on.

Its not feces, its the gas produced by bacteria on fermenting feces that is inhaled.
Methane, carbon dioxide, god only know what other kinds of gas, its basically like huffing butane but worse smelling.
