I'm interested in the anti-inflammatory properties of curcumin and wish to push the dose. With studies concerning rodents I'm seeing 100mg/kg, while human studies have gone over 10g without any issues besides minor GI stuff. Any advice on the safe upper limit would be appreciated, I'm willing to take a risk.
It sounds like bioavailability is a big problem, but things inhibit glucuronidation can help with that. Is bioperine really the best option or is there something else?
