The first in a series of rants i wrote a while back.
Boredom consumes me,
Like a virus it spreads, seemingly hard to eliminate on ones own
Even with new fangled technological advances
They still pale in comparison to social values
Communication, the root of all interest
Without communication, we would be living much like hermits,
Never setting foot outside of our domiciles,
For one's own life, no matter how uneventful and boring it may seem to them
Is full of wonderful, new, and ultimately different tales to someone else
Everyone wants something more
Something better
Something more than what they have,
Something more than what they are
We strive to differentiate ourselves,
Individualising, yet we're all the same
We want to be different,
We want to be the same
We all want the same things,
Yet we all want different things
We want to be part of a group
Yet we want to be individuals
And it goes on like this,
The never ending revolution of uncertainty,
It won't stop,
It's human nature,
We're not perfect,
We never will be,
To be perfect is to not be human, to be "god"
This perfect being, who is worshipped in many different ways, shapes and forms
This perfect being, who is interpereted in many different ways, shapes and forms,
This perfect being, who is in fact, not perfect at all
Perfection is an unachievable goal

Dude! Thats soooo good, it is so true!!!
Nice work man, wheres the next installment! :)

:)
Round and round the world will spin
But which direction are we all going in?
We are here, living up what we believe to be life
"Get a job son", "Get a girl son", "Have some kids son"
And then what? Your skin will wrinkle and your light will fade
You thought you had it made
You had nothing
You had everything
You had what society made for you
You lived the high life
But you were a low life
You robbed from the poor and gave to the rich
So the rich get richer the poor get poorer
It is, you are, the commercial horror
The underpaid workers of vietnam
The cross burning of the Ku Klux Klan
The stranglehold of christianity
The ills and wrongs, of our society
We want to believe
We have to relieve
We want to achieve
We have to deceive
