Glass bowl vs Metal bowl

What do you guys prefer better, a glass bowl or a metal bowl? I prefer glass cause I think the metal changes the taste of the weed, and I like bowls with carbs.

Glass any day... metal have so many problems from compression to stripped threads....
metal are easier to scrape but glass is just ftw

I got scraping my glass bowl down to an art, but I have gone through a few of them . My brother makes steamrollers out of bamboo.

Glass is much more pleasant for me. I have one of those generic anodized aluminum pipes that I take backpacking because of its durability. Different tools for different jobs I suppose.

i use a metal cone it dont break if you drop it i dont think metal changes the taste at all...

I don't smoke anymore but I preferred smoking out of glass bowls.

I had a metal bowl but I used it for years before glass was widely available, cheap, and the only types of pipes you could use were metal, wood, or stone.

I've broken glass one hitters and that sucks and chipped a few glass bowls but it wasn't major but if you're careful with a glass piece it can last a long time. Also IME glass bowls are easier to clean than metal ones, just use ISO alcoho and salt, shake it around in a bag, and flush away the residue with warm tap water.

i'd rather smoke from a glass bowl than a metal bowl. But it doesn't make that much of a difference as to me buying a new glass bowl every few months. (i'm ALWAYS dropping shit, thank god for laminate flooring or thered be a good ounce in my carpet lol)
