Glandular fever (mono) and weed?

Hello there!
I have glandular fever (known as Mono in North America according to wikipedia).
Will smoking weed do anything really bad to me? Obviously it can't be good but can it be overly bad? I don't really have a bad case of this virus but still would like to avoid making it worse than it has to be.

i would smoke a TINY amount if you really must, see how it affects you after 10 minutes.

i wouldnt pass anybody any joints or pipes though. ew..

Probably not, I wouldn't suggest it though. You're tired enough from the mono and the weed may just put you to sleep. And definitely don't share anything.

man you are lucky you dont have it bad. i have never been sicker in my life and really thought i might die a couple times. at times i was too tired to reach for water three feet away and if i walked down the hall to the bathroom i would usually end up sleeping in the hall on the way back. youll be fine smoking though theres nothing horrible thatll happen, just maybe clean whatever you smoke with if somebody else is going to use it.
