Is anyone here familiar with the interactions of ginseng (i.e., panax ginseng) and mushrooms specifically? I've seen it referred to in passing (in vague 'lists of things that seem to work well therewith'), but little/nothing specifically. I intend to give it a shot (likely with a racetam, as this is my usual modus when not using a harmaline containing plant with the fungus), but have a slight feeling it might lend a slightly 'manic' feeling to things, sort of like caffeine, as i find ginseng quite stimulating by itself. Ginseng 'feels' like something of a dopaminergic, and there is a report on erowid with ginseng and mushrooms which sort of leads me to think it might push you a little farther out, but there's not really enough information to say so..
