the chart is by the day, so the dose of 30-67mg of OXY is over the coarse of a whole day.

Just wanted to add that the chart scared the living hell out of me with regards to my hydromorphone tolerance. Im trying to quit iv'ing it and have some codeine and morphine for comedown, but obviously not enough. God help me if I run out.

800mcg is 80mg of fentanyl. i figured that out beacause my patch is 50mcg and the bottom of the pouch says 5mg of fentanyl. i just did the math on the 800mcg.

ok listen up; there are 1000mcg in a MG, and 1000mg in a G.


1 gram = 1,000 milligrams = 1,000,000 micrograms

people seriously need to do research before making claims. Opiate hug that patch is most likely 50mcg per patch but the total pack is 5 mg total, or its a 5mg patch that dispenses 50mcg an hour , that would make that patch last 100 hours, not sure they make a patch that lasts that long. Anyway, don't come in here spreading mis-information, could get someone killed. Maybe a mod should just delete misleading posts like that.

800mcg is NOT 80mg, it is 0.8mg.
