after nearly 5 years of no cathinones, yesterday I had a flirtation with about a gram of methylone. It was fun for most of the day, but in the early hours of the morning I could already feel the paranoia and hypervigilance creeping in. It took 16mg of flubromazepam to get me into bed and catch a few hours sleep.

I don't think I'lll be doing that again. I feel utterly drained today.

Green tea and coconut water to refresh myself, and a shower, has helped me feel a little better.

I can't believe I was doing mephedrone and methylone almost daily for 2 years, no wonder I ended up in the loony bin.

No im not doinf all that but I've not slept for two night due as was taking thix lol. It's only Christmas once x

I'm about to take y subs which stimulate me ugh gaed I don't fknwanna drink but don't have a choice they think you're miserable if yoh don't have a dronk for some annoying reason this country is ratber hypocritical. You cam be pissed as a fart n a right thug cause of it n that's thad ok but if you had a drug that makes you all nice euthoric n lovey witn everyone that's wrong.

First drink of the day now, wee glass of champers with the folks, let the heavy boozing commence! Waiting for my sis, her hubby and my nephew and uncle. Just checked my cocaine situation, there is none left. I do have some H, but don't want to be nodding during Xmas dinner. I'll take a wee bump to stop any uneasy feelings... I'll need to make sure I have something left for the morning too.

Just having my first of the day also, strange today as I haven't even cooked a Christmas dinner. We were going to go for a curry but the weather is lousy today so wouldn't be able to sit outside so had a chilled day on PS4.

Good luck with the dinner at family
