I'm twitching a lot. I don't think it's lack of loraz, as I've been down to 1mg after some really quite heavy use before and been fine, so that's a relief. It's probably just harmless but irritating lack of DHC twitch.

I'd love to know where the time goes, but I was too fucked this weekend to be of any use.

Must behave myself for a little while, as the loveless 5am feeling hit me really hard this morning. I could've cried. Then I manned up, had a cig and a shower and was ready to face the (freezing) day.

Yeah was good man, spent it with my gf just chilled, got drunk n stoned n had a bit of mdma, was a nice chilled birthday but was good

Good thanks, been a bit tired the past couple of days but feeling wide awake today. Also on nicotine patches now so things are going rather swimmingly.

Always a bonus to wake up feeling fresh after a night (or more?) of partaking. You got an afterglow of any sorts...?

PS - happy belated birthday. :)
 
Ahh nice, how long you off cigs then? need to do that myself tbh, my gf doesn't smoke and moans at my like mad if i smoke indoors so i'm thinking its time to quit em, thing is i smoke a load of weed n i don't like smoking it pure. i'm sure i'll work something out!

I think i had about .3 of mdma in total, so fuck all really but it was that nice brown cola md, not got an afterglow as such but do feel a bit wasted still haha, a spliff will balance me out.. thank fuck im not workin today!!

I had too much to drink on Friday night, spent Saturday self-medicating with various stuff and then got invited out for a drink yesterday. I can barely remember a thing, except chatting up posh girls yesterday and drinking in the graveyard Friday night.

So yeah. Pretty good.

You'll find the answer in the giving up smoking thread I just created below! I'm not off them yet though, but positive that I'm taking steps to do so... I always find getting the willpower to start down the NRT route is the hardest, then it becomes a bit easier.

0.3g floored me in June but yet again, I had no tolerance. Was a beast of a comedown but I got a muted afterglow all the same.

That doesn't sound too bad :D you didn't have any benzo's before going out did ya? lol, that s always the road to ruin for me, if its not making an absolute tit outta myself or exposing my genitals to my gfs friends its pissing off a mate or something or other,, just no longer worth it for me

Saying that, I cant remember the last time i got blackout drunk off booze solely..

Ahh ok man I'll check it out, Yeah tbh I found occupying my time was the hardest bit.. they say cravings only last 15 mins.. well that's obv bullshit hahha

Oh the 0.3/4 was over a few hours, i was just making 100mg bombs, think i had 3 or 4 of em, no comedown to speak of so far which is nice!

Same, i heard alot of negatives about them. People withdrawing from them and tbh id rather stick with natures own, them noids aint exactly cheap either, i just really don't see the point.

No benzos, no. Just not eating properly, and what a difference it makes. I haven't a clue what we thought we were doing in the fucking graveyard, and I dread to think. It was somewhere to go after chucking out time though, I guess.

Yeah it was Nintendo Allstars I was taking, I did 1, half, 1, half over like 8 hours. Was a good night even if a little much at the end! I smoked some weed & it got fairly trippy with some ego-softening. I didn't realise MD could do that until that experience.

Anyway, off to the cinema now... later folks.
 
Yeh when you start coming down on the md, smoking weed brings on a new experince, i get tonnes of CEV's like a movie playing in my brain, i also suddenly go from extroverted to introverted (my normal state) : D

Hahahaha! fair nuff man, think this year is gunna be a busy one, thinking i might even head move to slovenia as thats where my gf is from, its dirt cheap to live there too which is a bonus!

Hahahaha so do you often end up in the graveyard? :D
