Spice is only controlled under the PSA so possession for personal use is legal anyway unless the blend contains a controlled substance which there's no way of knowing without doing a lab test because "spice" could be any of the synthetic noids. Usually it is the more novel ultra-potent ones that never got made specifically controlled though.

Your story makes sense though, the whole purpose of the PSA was just to keep things out of sight out of mind.
 
I'm not from the uk tho, idk how the PSA should work here because I've witnessed several cases where the blend was just a bunch of toxic shit and the only thing the police could've done was to accuse them of fraud, for selling "fake" drugs.

this decriminalisation came about 5-6-7 months ago, until then all the rcs were banned since 2011, the other RCs are still banned but they let you get away with small packs of spice.

Or he’s filming raas and evey doing the nasty for a straight to dvd publication.

I thought everyone would be whinging that it's like the Amazon as I was, but some coco wafers, cider, a pipe, some B & some lovely RAGGA JUNGLE has sorted me out (plus slappin cold water over my face every half hour) golden :cool:
