I have fleeting memories of underestimating the significance of aMT's MAOi activity in a poly-SRA combo - the first partial seizure was in my right arm as I lay in bed with my partner, then my right leg, from there it's nought but a flash of white light while my entire body was on fire.
Apparently I proceeded to have multiple complete grand mal/tonic clonic convulsive episodes over the next twenty minutes or so that were abated by our "drug emergency protocols"; she administered 4mg SL Diclazepam solution, applied ice packs and ice water to keep my core temp. down, and anything else I needed while she sat awake for 18h observing my vital signs and cognition.

(Her place was literally 30m from the A/E entrance if things got worse).

Its no joke really. I don't see, other than actual death, things could of got worse for you. Was she a nurse? My ex couldnt put a blummin plaster on square let alone administer benzos and what not.

Glad you came through unscathed(?), probably not, you survived anyway.. <3

Did you have hyperthermia reaching lethal levels e as with serotonin syndrome, or just hyperthermia induced by excessive sero release, as high doses of mdma can cause, i noticed amt can potentiate brainzaps, mdma, phenibut, cannabinoids, antipsychotics, or serotonin antagonists like mirtazapine i found to be pro convulsant mostly noted by potentiation of brainzaps.
