They don't do it justice. Besides no time for selfies when you need both hands to survive.

Not long since been home from hospital. Was put on Seroquel on the 8th and it seemed to work, by Wednesday the 14th my legs were sore from waking, and by late on Friday night I'd been admitted to hospital, unable to walk or stand and in extreme pain. Turns out the Seroquel caused fluid retention and said fluid had become infected massively, which is better than the DVT they initially suspected. (8( ) .
A few days of IV antibiotics, painkillers and steroids and I'm back on my feet.
Hope all is well.

Baby Sprout!!! This is upsetting! I would have hoped you got in touch! Are you okay? I didn't know Seroquel did that! Shocking! I hope things are better.
Thank you.Sorry to hear that Sprouty. Very bad luck mate I've been on it since the end of August now and feel it does stabilise me and stops me wanting to persist with many drugs.
Did they say how it caused the fluid retention? Just an unfortunate reaction?
Give those you love a hug guys.
Thank you, Evey.
Seroquel is an atypical antipsychotic with appreciable efficacy as a mood stabiliser. Was prescribed it for Bipolar Disorder after I sought treatment again.
I did try to get in contact, but I couldn't really do anything when I was admitted. Was stuck in a kitchen chair before the paramedics arrived and transferred me to a wheelchair.
I was actually lay in the hospital bed wondering how EADD and your wonderful self were getting on, good I hope?
Thank you.
I see, I'm glad its of positive effect to you, and I agree on the addressing of other drug issues, though I will admit with being a new user of Quetiapine I was highly wary of using alongside, but I even managed to score Morphine, decide against it and then flush it - something I could have never done without meds.
The retention was 'thankfully' an allergic reaction to the medication, from the tip of my toe to the calf was swollen massively, discoloured, agonising and covered in an odd skin rash (), so if you notice anything similar, please get to A+E.
I'd have thought as a Microbiologist that I'd have a healthy fear of bacteria already, but it seems a few days of pain and fear have helped that along.

The rest are pretty good but I don't get the Ket/Dominoes one. Am I missing something obvious?
