Gibberings Honda CX500 - knock's a very naughty boy

Just woke up, for shaaaame. Housemates kept me up again and there's a rather attractive lady that I'm vaguely acquainted with asleep on the sofa.

Weather is shite and I need to get into uni. Bah. Going to make a detour via my dealer's and spend the rest of the day in bed playin PS3 and whatnot.
 
@ ceres .. no i havent read the book you mentioned earlier. a genius move it was tho, swapping final year physics for 1st year philosophy. only really scratched the surface of philosophy i enjoyed it, but my final year at uni was a mess. i was ready to drop out and got pregnant. i don't remember much about it, but i did enjoy it.

wow, this thread moves so fast. i have other contributions to make, but forget by the time i get round to it.. probably not worth posting

How do other Alcoholics not feel really embarrassed when going to the same shop, after buying quite a bit of cider the previous day, seeing the same bloke working and asking for more cider, him chuckling and asking:
"This one?"
?

I can't be the only Alcoholic who experiences shame :|
Still, I can clean the house tipsy which is usually better.

Hahahah I know exactly what you mean. Only with me it was the 6 cans of stella for a fiver i was drinking every day. Glad I stopped that eventually.

Always ;) And yeah I got the whole alkie shame thing when I was living at my parents and was in the same shop every day getting shitey cider for two years. Often more than once :/ Moving away sorted all that out. At first cos there were more offies, admittedly, but eventually in spite of that.

Now when I do drink I get the whole 'nervous fifteen year old trying to buy lambrini' thing even though I'm 25.
 
Didn't notice any drama yesterday either so not sure how he got banned. Probably the mods and admins being pricks as usual.

I think I've just clocked why he got banned.
 
cool, whatever you think it was Spade, why not do the same, just to test out your theory?

Share it then fella!

Mods should be more explicit about their enforcement, some decent posters get bans on the quiet, yet other obnoxious folk seem untouchable. If they've banned someone why not tell us all why so we don't repeat their mistakes?
 
What's this a 5 minute girly ban because he's a big girls blouse?

Anyway you'd probably wouldn't want to know why the resident narcissist ended up doing the ban for.
No one would be posting much if you followed all those rules.
