Mornin people. Lovely sunny day, albeit fucking cold. Waiting with a slightly worrying level of excitement to see the 7am ferry come in, and also apparently there were deer frolicking in the car park just after I left last night so totally wildlife spotting today. Last twelve hour shift for two weeks now unless owt comes up =D
 
Almond butter n ryvita me thinks. Ive got this celeb PT on my Facebook (have a fair few) who's a vegan, n he was saying to try slice apples n almond butter so will get some pink ladies some day n try that.

Ive a massive tub of almond butter from Holland n Barret n its yummmmm. Love HnB

Should be getting some good fruit this year in the garden

Goooood morning. I have wished my father a happy fathers day and regaled to the them tales of their arrival last night. I played it down though because you have to be kind on fathers day.

Shambles, sorry we've not got on, and you've certainly expressed how you feel a number of times - I like to treat forums with a pinch of salt, but accept that frivolity wrongfully clashes with serious issues sometimes, always thought you were a decent chappy even if I do disagree with everything you say and believe. Marmz if you happen to be looking, so sorry your last ever words to me are "Total Utter Cunt", you were one of the few who saw the best in me. Good luck in whatever you do outside bluelight (pssst, become an author). And anyone else I've been a prat too, forgive me I was most likely drunk.
