@Felix--I just got a Honda CR-V and I'm liking it. It's old but I can't afford to be ageist. A few rattles here and there. Icky colour. 150k miles on it. It was the best bet out there that I could get with the insurance money from my old car that got wrecked (as it sat innocently parked for the night and minding its own sweet Subaru business) by the crazed, infamous (now he is!) naked guy in the wee hours of the morning.

Annie just posted a beautiful song in Sepher's thread in the Shrine. It made me miss him so much to go back and read all that and remember how much we laughed over the insanity of american politics. He knew more about U.S. politics than most americans and he would have been alternately dying laughing and gasping for breath over His Trumpness: Man of Telling It Like It Is.=D

I'm actually posting from a Commodore 64 I fixed up with some duct tape ripped from my eyebrow, it was the only thing dumped in this this 20ft container they left me in 3 years agoooooooooo... sorrrrryy slliipping on the WDd40..

Lazy day for me today - its really hot at the moment (even for me) so not venturing far or doing anything productive. No doubt vodka will come into play at some point so expect rambling later on.

Sorry my dear, but I can beat that.

A friend had a 95ish(?) Soarer. Electric windows. Passenger side window failed and fell into the door.

Raining. As it usually does in Melbourne. Crack open the door, glass is fine but won't stay up. Need a peice of wood or something, to keep it jammed up until he can get to a mechanic.

Since when is there no scrap wood/metal around?!?

WD40 can looks about the correct height.
Folded peice of paper + the can is perfect!

2 months later he decided to sell the car.
He told the buyers that the window never worked when he purchased it, and he never bothered to get it checked out. Probably just a jam somewhere.

I wonder if the new owners ever got it looked into ...

Now you've pissed me off Claudia! I'm too tired to be as quick witted as I think I am. Now I want to make you laugh and have nothing in the bag. Sleep is my friend ATM. Catch me in about 15 hours when I get back in from work.... I'll still be shite but at least I'll laugh at my own jokes! Meh, If you can't laugh at yourself blah blah blah....
