Called the plumber round to fix the boiler. It broke again within 30 seconds of him driving away in his van...Been comfort eating since :o Slightly too drunk to draw anything well. Only got so long until uni restarts. Fucking depressed.

This sounds SHIT man, your boiler's been constantly fucked since you moved in has it not? Have you any leverage you can apply to your landlord? They won't be keen as boilers are pricey but you've got to withhold rent like a mofo til they sort that out.

If I can get a run of 30 second 'fixes' from the plumber then maybe we'll all be at the end of our tether, tenant, plumber, estate agent and landlord, and a new boiler may get fitted. Until then though, it's just no hot water or heating.

Right now I'm considering just fucking off home until late september.

Summer project needs completing. Final year too, no messing around. The condition of the flat is having a direct effect on my ability to apply myself to my practice though...Everything has to be just...so.
