Just don't open yr door PinkP and close any open windows.If they normal bailiffs they can enter if a door or window is left open for them to get in by.
 
Depends on lots of things.
Are they bailiffs or court appointed sheriffs?
What the debt is for, how old is debt?
Without full knowledge of the situation it is hard to say.

I concur. Don't open the doors (and keep them locked) and close the windows. It depends on who it is though. Utilities and the Council I think might have the power to break down the door, most others don't .. I think, but don't know 100%

If it's not the above but still bailiffs wanting to reposses your shit, then they can't just break in to gain access, they can only do it if you open the door (or it's unlocked) or get in through an open window. You're best off not saying a word to those guys, and if youre gonna talk at all, talk to the company you have a debt with direct instead. Or better still, go to a debt management company and they'll do the talking for you. There are plenty of free ones of these around

Those guys get money and expenses if they manage to take any property, even if it's worth nowt. They even get cash for hand delivering you a warning letter to say they've applied to the courts for a warrant and various other shit.

Best not to talk to them and to only talk to the company the original debt was with. Talking to the bailifs just triggers more costs.

I was trying to explain that to my Mum when we were watching one of those reality shows where a load of cunts in bulletproof vests get all smarmy about trying to eject illegal immigrants or fucking people over at customs. Alright yeah ok it's illegal but oh my goodness no need to be so fucking smug and the HAIRCUTS don't get me started on their haircuts. Grade A cunt material.

I just understand that everyone has to make a living whether I/society agree(s) with the way they do it or not.

I fully agree with this. I couldn't do a job like that.
 
yeah but in all of these jobs, you can tell the ones who really enjoy what they are doing and just hoping that everything will go through, whilst others you can tell are just there to do the job, and dont really agree with everything that is going on.

Im about to install the new windows, dun dun so im about to lose 250gb of stuff, lets hope everything I needed was on this 16gb stick :D be back.. hopefully
 
Haha, I like that cavalier attitude to formatting. Good luck :D I always fucking lose stuff when I do it, but now I got all my music on a separate and otherwise unused computer to everything else so it's slightly less soul destroying.
