Unless Alun Hill is Korean, it ain't. Or rather, the footage is (and is genuine NK 'propaganda'), but the voiceover isn't a translation. Or anything like one.

Brilliantly done though.
 
it was posted on their youtube channel with loads of other propaganda vids, im pretty sure its legit

I just saw a poor dog or wolf or something...and someone was crushing his head, by standing on him. Then it cut to a skinned dog which was still alive, looking into the camera blinking, head slowly moving, dripping with blood, completely covered in blood and fucking ALIVE AND SKINNED.

People are evil. Fucking horrific. Worse thing i have seen in a while tbh. There are other horrific clips like dolphins necks being slit, dead babies brains blew out, dead people being chucked around etc. :(

Interesting documentary though...

If you watched a bit more you'd get to see footage from Roots used in a short Michael Jackson biopic =D

They've pretty much nailed "the West", tbh.

Here's some context. I think we have to make our own minds up about whether it's genuine or not. I don't see any evidence against the argument though.

I take that back. IMDB:

This movie is in fact a Mockumentary, made by as-of-yet unknown Writer/Director Slavko Martinov from New Zealand, who reportedly worked on this movie for eight years without any funding at all and with only a handful of associates. Because of the lack of budget, the crew relied on virtual guerilla marketing, releasing this film on the internet by the hands of a fictional translator "sabineprogram" (now the name of the film's production company), who claimed she had received the film secretly from anonymous North Korean Dissidents.

crazy. the north koreans must have adopted it then I guess, the youtube channel i saw it on was 100% full of nk propaganda films.
