I found the less I used that the easier it got to not use more. You need some other non addictive drug you can use instead of doing gear.
That way you can still get high but without an addiction.

The slug ching's only £40 on the gram. The elephant smack is pretty pricey though due to having to import it from wherever elephants live (the fucking zoo?) so it's eh, double whatever smack normally costs.

I carried on using on top of my script for years before one day something just clicked and I haven't touched gear now since end of August last year.
It can take a lot of times trying to quit before you get there.

I really need a steady job with steady hours. Not some sporadic part time/semi full time gig or unemployment.
If I had a solid structure in place it would help immensely.
I found it easier to quit the gear when I was made redundant cos I just didn't have the cash to spend £40-£50 a day anymore.
But having nothing to do can make u want to score just for the sake of having something to do to pass the boredom for a while.
Probably not best HR advice but if u like E or something not addictive like gear can't u do that instead to kill the hours and boredom for the day?
