No, until about 12 months ago, him sleeping in later than 7 was a VERY rare event. Until he was 4 he woke up between 5 and 5-30 every day,

Since he's started school, he's started enjoying having a weekend lie-in, usually wakes up at 8 to half 8 on a saturday, sunday now...feels like luxury.

We've got the Scalextric set up now =D
 
I'm glad to hear that MM, so there is hope. Anytime she sleeps after 7.30 I get worried and start prodding her to make sure she's still alive.

Scalextric is great I must try and convince my missus to try really hard for a boy if there ever is a next time. Which one of you collects the car after the inevitable happens?

Put car on track, full throttle, small chip in wallpaper.

Scalextric is great, I'm sure your daughter would love it.

Fucking expensive though. I gave my own Scalextric stuff away about 15 years ago to a mate who'd got kids. Gutted, it had taken me years as a child to amass a shitload of track bought from the Coventry Exchange and Mart with saved up pocket money, birthday money etc....

Second hand is the way forward.

My sons not too bad at it. When the inevitable happens, whoever is nearest to the wreckage has to set it back on track, whoever's car it is. My son's cousin is a complete bellend though, and just uses full throttle and flies off at every corner. Annoys the tits off me.

Stealth snow haha, is the worst kind. Never prepared for it. My phone's telling me I'm living in 'Kingston upon cloudy with slight flurries' at the moment, not a sign of it tho.

Just had a convo with housemates, apparently I spent a great deal of Friday night staggering around, walking into doors and repeating myself endlessly. Had to convince them I wasn't going to die in a frothing spazzing mess and they wouldn't relent until I showed them various infos, the packet containing the drugs, and how much I'd taken. I appreciate the concern muchly though <3
 
Well it's 3pm and I just woke up, I think my body's telling me not to do any work today. Or that's how I'm gonna choose to interpret it :D

Ponti, I agree with Shambles I think you should just do your best to avoid her and to be as explicitely innocent as possible whenever you do have to see/talk to her :\

She turns 5 in May.

Yeah I'm pretty sure she would actually. I've done my best since she was born to make her a tomboy. I've said it before but she can do what she want's except like One Direction or Justin Bieber now.

...and yeah I know the type who do that scalextric thing :sus:
 
Absolutely brilliant film we've just started watching, fantastic animation, and seems, so far, to be a decent story as well.

1D, Bieber, JLS, yeah, they can all fuck off. Thankfully me son's not been exposed to any such shite yet, except at school discos. We got him an mp3 player at Christmas, and Santa had filled it with house, disco, acid, drum and bass.

I'm making a roast leg of lamb and stuff as it's me missis's favourite...
 
I know how well my music tastes have been sitting with MM and Shambles recently =D

Puzzle is amazing. Saws them at Glasto, they came out and tore my face off for 20 minutes. Non stop hard rock bliss.

Album after that was good for the first few tracks 'This Golden Rule' is classic. Then the x factor thing happened.

Seems to focus on balads after that and not rip-snorting riffs like they are capable of and very good at.

Latest album is trash. Real shame.
 
i can tolerate biffy, kinda, but fuck that, get her listening to some black keys or summin

might go on a lil drum n bass tune hunt, havent looked for any decent liquid in ages
 
I love earlyish Biffy, but after Puzzle they went shite. I really miss the old Infinity Land/Vertigo of Bliss stuff. :(

I have nae clue. I'm too old. Ponti, you have to realise that all parents do ignore their yoots. How do you know if he has declined if you have been completely ignored. I have never heard of this band you boys and girls do speak of.
