As for Don Quixote, that's more or less what I've been lead to believe about it - well worth a read even if it is a bit of a slab. Have had it for years but just never gotten around to it. Yeah, ponti, that photo, and many many others sum up what a fucking don that man is/was/always will be.

I know there was some discussion of it before, I'm happy to admit he's made some cack tunes, Nikita anyone? But also some blinding tunes, his efforts to forward the cause of hedonism gainst the dour backdrop of 70's, 80's UK life were outstanding.
