Mixed feelings on Duran Duran me. At my school there was a major divide between those that liked Wham! and those that liked Duran Duran. I was in the latter camp but never particularly like 'em so much as hated Wham!. Did like one or two of their tracks though, I suppose. And the Wild Boys vid (and that other one that had actual tits in I forget the name of) were minor highlights of me youngling days, I must admit. Wouldn't watch a documentary on 'em though. Why the fuck would anybody even make a documentary on 'em?!? 8(

That came later for me. I grew up in a pretty small and innocent town. Was genuinely perplexed the first time I saw somebody skinning up at college. Wondered what the fuck he was doing making a rollie out of a cig and crumbling an Oxo cube into it for. Was several weeks later the penny dropped. And thus was born a Shambles.

Fuck. Am sounding like a properly censorial forum nazi. Am not really. But some folks seem to need a firmer hand than I'd choose to offer generally if only to keep 'em on the human side of the animal spectrum ;)

I would break Amanda in two and our off spring would have bigger noses than a French trombone section.

Thou is cut loose, I haven't even heard from him on FB or any other means. I might try and skype him but unfortunately drugs have scattered the poor man and hopefully the love of a good woman will save him.

As for OTW, he has been an alt for so many years and it was a shame that they banned her. Everyone thought she was Guido, which is the sign of a good alt in my opinion. I have been here since early 2000 and get itchy feet from time to time. A bit like all of Ringo's side projects since the late 70's.
