Ha, my missis has bought us tickets to go to the races at exeter on sunday...

haven't been to the races for years.

It was meant to be a surprise, but I've been our postman this week, so saw the tickets arrive this morning.

Looking forward to it :D
 
Swweet do that, I'll put my bets up here on saturday...

I'm not choosing the horses meself, I've got a mate who is a racehorse owner (point-to-point), and he knows a few trainers..going for a pint with him after work on saturday to pick his brains.

Missis will randomly pick some horses on the day, the ones with the nicest ears or some shite like that...

She'll probably clean up :(

^ size of ears? Movement of ears? I need to know :) I'll pick some runners and riders for exeter too. Last time I went to the races was Bath.

So I've noticed many of you have trouble with this. This isn't meant as an attack. This is just me trying to be the helper that I am.

you're = you are. So replace you are with your in your mind to see if it works.

Examples:

You're a happy man/woman. (correct)
Your a happy man/woman. (incorrect) See how if you put you are in replace it works? That means you're supposed to use *you're.

Your mom is weird. (correct)
You're mom is weird. (incorrect)

The only time its acceptable to say Mom is if you're from birmingham and surrounding areas. Thats the real, original Birmingham btw, not any cheap imitations.
