It was good man, different club during the day then Subby at night. The guy headlining (Ryan Crossan) was outstanding. Only 1 of my mates got knocked back from Subby despite us all having been on it since NYE & he was wearing a fucking turban (someone else had just been on holiday to India & brought him back a present) so it wasn't exactly unexpected lol.

I'm pussy chilling on a 1mg xanax, thats probably worn off by now,and a 2mg clonaz.
Very very stressful day, wrote my car off, glass in my face, police breathalyzer at 7am, paramedic treatment, then work phoning me every half hour to see what time I'd be in to deliver the mail.
Would a reasonable employer not recognise that I'm clearly shocked, a bit upset, weeping blood, and probably not in the best of states to be forced into an unroadworthy Royal Mail van and made to drive round clay and slurry covered lanes; and so send me home for the day? Or am I living in the past?
Anyway its my day off tomorrow so I'm gonna crack a couple of bottles of Westons and maybe have another clonaz. And the lamest excuse for a spliff....
Nice weed in tomorrow, thank fuck.

@ MM: jebus. not good. You should be more than legit in taking today off and a few more imo, without feeling even remotely guilty.
If you feel able to, you'd probably be wise to at least docu a complaint with the union about RM's attitude towards your situation.
That is disgusting of your work MM. I am surprised that they can get away with doing that never mind the fact that most folk would think you had already been through enough for the day and at least tell you to take the day off and just go back to work tmrw.

the glass nearly went right through my face and into my mouth, but apart from that I'm physically fine.
Boss didn;t thank me, or ask how I was when I did get into work, just showed me my sorting frame and mail and said i'd best crack on with it.
Such a nice job, such cuntish employers though.
