If our society were shaped entirely by 'physical traits produced by hormones' then we'd shit in the streets. Do you shit in the street?

Regardless, you're still failing to address the points I'm actually interested in, primarily why you have such a dim view of women and exactly how they have an 'easy ride'.

All you're doing is attempting to justify the false claims you made a page or two ago about me apparently denying that biological differences between men and women exist or exert any influence or behaviour. While evading several questions put to you by myself and others.

I'm not interested in the height of policemen either; I'm just curious as to why you seem to somehow resent women.

all I mean is that hormones are why males tend to be physically bigger than females, even in species which don't have brains, like plants, this gives rise to competition between males because the bigger, stronger plants are more likely to survive and reproduce.
In humans, this, coupled with instinctive behavioural/emotional responses to differences in physical build, is blatently going to have an effect on the developing psychology of the individual from a very early age, unless there is deliberate intervention from adults to control it. (telling your kid off for being overbearing with other kids etc) . So it shouldn't be a surprise that in the past when society was less intellectually sophisticated that male gender bias arose.

Anyway enough of that. I don't have a dim view of women atall, or resent them, as a gender. I've just been unlucky enough to have known a lot of fucked up women.
 
So, in a nutshell...

Males go through puberty tend to grow bigger and stronger than females, and typically took the dominant role via their greater strength and aggression. Females were consequently forced into a submissive role. This then leads to these parents socialising their children into gender distinct roles (as soon as they leave the womb, with fathers most guilty of this process) - males to be instrumental and assertive, with females submissive and expressive. Furthermore, society as a whole consolidates these gender roles (along with the media in the modern age). Sounds about right - patriarchy only really based on an inherent physical dominance.

Of course, as pointed out earlier this is/has not always been the case (e.g., matrilineal cultures), and evidence suggests that early hunter-gatherer tribes were sex-segregated but quite egalitarian (as hunting mammoths wasn't as reliable as picking berries and trapping small furries).

Oh - and Bonobos! They're pretty ace. Sadly, our current society is more akin to the common chimp. Bonobos, FTW.

Everything comes from the feminine in nature, was reading a book "sorcery and religion in ancient scandinavia" & women ran the show for so many years, I see the death of feminine power with the rise of christianity, but thats a debate for another day.

heating problems... where i work we've just had the gas supply cut off, the one that npower didn't know they were supplying... praise be jesus and his mother mary for heroin...that ready brek glow <3

edit: aye and heating problems can fuck themselves! I was gonna say it only ever goes to pot in winter but to be fair the boiler was fucked when I moved in in June

To many people on here think they have me locked down & know what I am about, they have about a 2% correct view of me as a whole person.

We agree yet again, whats this running at now?...............we had the same point 3 times in just over 24 hours, you some Nazi too? =D
