Sound :), no worries i'll be careful, i've also after taking a naltrexone script on an opiate binge, most painful thing i've ever experienced. That soma was nice, i went to bed at half 9 a bit twitchy at first but slept for 12 hours
 
i can empathise, ck. still to this day believe i wouldve shot myself if i had a gun nearby, fuckin brutal. even after i procured and shot gear into my veins, i was still rattling. took another bag and methadone before it reduced in intensity to just feeling rough. body felt like id been twelve rounds with king kong on angel dust. good lesson though, will NOT be doing that again in a hurry 8o
 
Amen, its def one that i'm sure to avoid again, dunno how you even managed to go and get some gear i just about made it to the toiled till both ends exploded, then i couldn't move if my life had depended on it until i passed out from (i imagine) dehydration a few hours later
 
DMT pipe smashed 4.00 yesterday. New one arrived ten minutes ago. Internet and postmen and everyonedoesit.com are wonderful.

Haha, I long for the days of 3.11 ;) Actually my favourite operating system is Windows 98, for reasons that are probably entirely nostalgia based if I actually went and installed it now. '95 is a close runner up because Brian Eno did the start up theme. Windows 8 can go fuck itself though, I'd maybe not mind it if I had a tablet but I don't so :p

Home now after a worryingly entertaining seminar on Thomas Gray, and armed with a bottle of rum, the aforementioned overpriced soft drinks, the new Phoenix Wright game and two, count em TWO days off. Life isn't so bad sometimes.

And before that we had Sinclair BASIC which didn't have any punctuation, so the prompt was just C, or sometimes L ( K as often as not too, come to think of it) :| And C15 cassettes.

DOS <3 I still feel a rush of danger typing the command to format C in DOS Box even though I know it won't do anything :D

And you're making me want to get the old Spectrum out. It was one of the first machines I ever played games on; The Hobbit, and something about skiing, and Aah! Diddums. Dad won't let me near it for some inexplicable reason but now he's made the loft accessible to the....I can't think of a politically correct word, but since he's made it so I can get up there I'm tempted to go have a look about. There should be a cache of old games magazines up there too (I had the first issue of GamesMaster and if that's gone there will be killings) which I'd love to read again. They're just not as good now, tho I still buy Edge from time to time.
 
I just realised Swampy's location is 'Swamp'. Made me lol irl.

Also reminds me of a lass my friend knew. Friend's husband referred to said lass as swamp donkey, and many a time I was woken up from a drunken slumber on their sofa with 'get yer jeans on, swampy's back from the lagoon'.

Tried an experimental small fire in my down stairs fire place last night. It seems merely drilling a hole in the cap/boarding with the biggest drill bit i could find is not enough to allow smoke to escape. I smell like a bonfire today lol. I might forget about the downstairs fire, as its quite a big job removing that boarding properly, the cap has been very well and proffesionally fixed so i dont really want to fuck it up totally. Also i think it would allso let in a draft if i removed it.. I know my upstairs bedroom fireplkace isnt capped, as a fuckin pigeon fell down it. Might try that one at some point, hopefully the smoke will rise next time rather than just filling the room. :\

There is something very nice about having a real fire. Please no lectures about being carefull Im not daft enough to set my house on fire (famous last words) but seriously i am capable of being sensible.

I've been in a fully twisty mood since the weekend - meh, shit happens ! Going to Dubai in a few days - I hope they do not do the 'Gay test' they have been thinking about ? Mind you getting the 'glove of love' buy a hairy Arab ..... <3
