oh it was on have i got news for you on friday, an old 17th century cure, cant remember what they said tho sorry. Perhaps if the pain is extending to your gums then bonjela might help, or a neuropathic pain killer like pregabalin might work. Apparently dentsists often give their patients benzos, im not sure if thats for the pain or the anxiety. OTW is the man to ask, perhaps he can be helpfull for once.

If all else fails tie a bit of string around your tooth, and attach it to a door handle, and slam the door shut.Sorry, bad joke. Get to a dentist mate.

Clove oil can work well, bloody stinks though. I use those little tubes of Orajel which work quite well. Best bet is just get some painkillers down your neck Bodda.

Aye dentist is the way to go, i've ever found bonjela really helpful for toothache or even patricuarly for ulcers

Actually speaking of dentists i got a temporary filling put on a broken tooth about a year ago, which was only meant to be for a week, i think thats on its last legs cause its starting to twinge in the tooth way. Pity, it looks like its made outta silver or concrete or some shit and has worked like a dream this last year

Mmmmm ..... Hash does that to me as well ..... ;)

Julie's Ex-Flatmate's Corned Beef Hash Recipe -- Serves 2
1 tin corned beef
1 tin anything wet
1 gram hash

Instructions
Chop corned beef into roughly 2 cm. chunks. Place in a wok or large frying pan and add contents of other tin. Heat gently over a low flame, stirring occasionally. Roast hash in lighter flame and crumble in. Keep heating until munchies set in. Serve immediately.

I dunno why but I really wanna eat that now. Not had corned beef in yeaaaaars either. Oooooh no, spam I want spam

I've only ever tried a couple of drags on an e-cig a mate had and I found that when the vapour hit my throat it felt harsh and made me cough. It felt more harsh than my roll ups.

I had been thinking the same, not seen him about for a while. Maybe spending profits from his Royal Mail shares.

Yeah it may be that as I think it was one that cost £5 and was just thrown away once the stuff had run out, you couldn't buy refills for it.
How much is a decent one to buy?

they start from around £20. I was full of scorn for tabblites to begin with as their wicks were burning out in less than a day, but since ive discovered that if you keep them full to the brim with juice the wicks last ages, this current wick Im on has lasted about 10 days, and it costs £2 to replace them. The juices are £10 for 3 10ml platic bottles. One of them lasts about 3-4 days. It is far far cheaper than tobacco cigarettes and far healthier too.

other people reccomend EVOD, im not so keen on that one, the throat hit isnt as good, its fuckin tempremantal and unreliable too, sometimes it wont work for no apparent reason, after replacing the wick, so Im glad ive got 2 different ones. I mostly use the tabblites and just use the EVOD when the tabblites battery needs charging.

Totallywicked are the market leaders, premium brand, but i think you have to order them from America.

I may have to have a look at what is available in the Tesco pharmacy as having something to hold and still 'smoke' will stop me missing that part of the smoking habit.
Patches are fine but they still leave you with nothing to do with your hands which makes me think about smoking even more.

yeah with these you get to use your hands and breathe out smoke/vapour. I'd highly reccomend them. You have to smoke them like a pipe rather than a cig though as i discovered on the first night vapeing one in bed, you get a mouthfull of nicotine juice if you tilt them upside down. :o

Gone bloody dark all of a sudden here, looks like it's gonna piss it down.
Cup of tea and diazepam while watching repeats of QI,thankyou Dave.
Nice time of the day to just chill.

There is an awaful lot of bad press going round about the e-cig. I do have one for travel desperation times and they are certainly alot cheaper.

I am a bit wary- e.g

Mind you it seems to be a bit of a strange sentiment talking about our health after what people do to their bodies. Mind you you get your long term harm minimization where you can ;)

Cancer Research has stated that the ecig is "almost certainly" much safer than smoking tobacco cigarettes. The jury is still out. I believe they are healthier, but probably not totally harmless. There are over 200 carcinogens in cigarettes, no one seems really sure if nicotine itself causes cancer. There are far less potential carcinogens in the ecig.

It's the one habit I really wish I could kick. I've been chuffing away since I was 13. I hate it. Like you say the jury is out. Useful the e-cig but just not satisfying enough sadly for me.
