Done some damage to the neck muscle, not sure what, it shudders and shit when I turn it, my brother KO'd me when he choked me out, daft bastard hasnt a clue though and hes done some damage.

Plus side though Ive got the week off work, and missing some very important presentations, silver lining.
 
Weird. ive had bad whiplash before from a car accident but doesnt sound as bad as that
 
Fucked up my neck, my neck is literally sideways. Awkward as fuck, neck muscle keeps spazzing out, jolting to the right, left etc have to hold it to keep it straight.. anyway went 24 hour docs..he gave me 10 x 2mg diaz...:| and put me on the 10 week waiting list to physio.

Felt like telling him the 40mg of diaz I had before has done jack shit.. but oh well. Fucking cant do anything feels like I have parkinsons. Writing this took 7 minutes, head feels like its shaking so hard within itself,m

Neck muscle is the easiest muscle in the body to pull.

Neck muscles can be strength trained. This may help bring density to the tendons and ligaments, toneness to the muscle. If you feel up for it perform some basic strength and flexibility exercises.
 
Ahh wicked man how long you been doing that for? i used to be proper into fitness n my job is lifting steel around and walking all day none stop, used to be like this. mainly trained at home with an iron gym door frame bar

back in the pre meph days as well, loads of that gold standard whey protein, 25wide armed pull ups at a time, close grip push ups, mainly body weight training

half that bulk now

take heroin and crack and you can still be fine the next day. Take some Meth and guaranteed you'll age twice as fast
 
Meph will ruin a person, sure. But so will 100+ other drugs of recreation if used to excess.

Comedowns aren't the only thing that ages you with drugs!

yeah meph is dirty but you cant say heroin and crack will make somebody fine the next day. opiates hollow people out, crack cant be far off the effects of meph

Since I stopped boozing, comedowns don't happen :? Even after some pretty serious serotonin release. Like last night. I kinda deserve to be moping like a mofo. I'm not though, I feel on top form.

Also, I thought we'd established that drugs keep you youthful? That's another thing I've noticed since quitting the booze. I look great! Wank material. At least, when I'm clean shaven; grey hair is a giveaway. But I think right now I look the best I've ever looked. Healthy as fuck :D Mostly thanks to GBL. Although, yeah, I don't use it to excess. That probably wouldn't help.
